I realise that many of the photo galleries are not working at the moment.
I'm not sure how long it wasn't loading correctly – I only just recently found out that the "slideshow" effect didn't work properly.
The "simpleviewer" effect was still okay. That's the one with the photo on one side with a caption on the bottom and a thumbnail selection of the gallery on the right.
In updating the plugin software, they all now DON'T work :(
I'll look into this over time. I have a feeling it has something to do with the plugin only being tested up to Wordpress 2.6 and this site is using a newer version of Wordpress.

I've reverted back to the older plugin so that some images can be viewed.
The simpleview works again. The Auto-slideshow still does not. Not on two of my computer systems anyway. I haven't even tested out the tilt or postcard views.
My main laptop I had been using for years has been down for over 2 months now. That's the machine I do all the changes and testing on. That's why there haven't been too many changes or additions from me early on in my "laptop downtime". Especially on the TKDWA website. It's taken me time to get my other computer/laptop updated and prepared.
So if someone can view them all correctly, I'd like to know. 'Cos I know I can't with what I've got right now.

I'm not sure when or why, though the photo galleries are now working again.
More importantly … the "autoviewer" slideshow effect is working. That's the one that has a larger picture in the display with no text or caption and it can automatically play through to the end of the gallery.
Coincidentally, I noticed it worked after I fiddled around and fixed the issue here. Possibly a conflict with "Shutter Reloaded", that is used to display individual photos. As soon as I enabled the feature to automatically create "sets" of pictures according to that particular article/post, the Flash Gallery viewer appeared to work properly again.
Although, it could just be coincidental with some server side issue that I am not aware of.
For the moment, it appears to be FIXED!!!

Well, this is a real bummer!
It appears the previous "fix" was purely coincidental after all. It's not working for me today, anyway.
I'm not entirely sure how to go about resolving this issue. So I may end up doing a work-around. Instead of showing the "auto slideshow" (whereby it displays pictures large and scrolls across), I might change all these ones to the "simpleview".

The flash photo gallery has been working since upgrading to Wordpress 2.8.1 last weekend.
Unfortunately, some functionality has also disappeared. Many of the galleries don't look “right” anymore.
Before, there use to be a photo that we can click on. This would then pop-up another sub-window and dimming the background to show the full gallery.
Now, supposedly, the full gallery (that use to be in that popped-up sub-window) will show inside the dimensions of where that clickable photo use to be. Many times, this is too small and all you'll see is garbage that doesn't make sense.
For the time being – I've only “fixed” one gallery so that the picture/photo is no longer clickable; and there's a link nearby to open up the gallery. This will take some time to go through the other articles with photo galleries to “fix” them up.

Remaining articles which call on the image galleries are now rectified.
They all have a text link now to open up the gallery. You should find "Click here to view the photo gallery" on most of them now. For example, see Photos from 2007 2nd World Poomsae Championship
