The Upcoming Events page has been affected by (I believe) the recent upgrade as described here.

There must be some incompatibility issues and as a result, the page cannot show ONLY future events (in order). To get some information out, I had to remove a feature and it now shows whatever is in the category of “upcoming events” new and old. They are also displayed in order (newest first) according to when the article was written.

If anybody has suggestions on how to get this back up. It would be greatly appreciated. I apologise for any inconveniences and will endeavour to get it back up and running as soon as possible.

In the meantime, the sidebar on the right should display the next 3 events correctly in order.

An alternative has been found.

Instead of displaying the upcoming events as articles (or an excerpt of the article) in chronological order, we are now displaying it in a list.

At the moment, the settings are set to display only the next 50 events. If an event spans over 50 days, then that's what the list will display, the next 50 events (1 per day).

Only the title shows up as "the event", there is a need for the user to click through to attain the article with more details .
