Elanie showed strong sharp control in her technical forms today. The movements looked natural from start-to-finish and leading into the next step. Her kicking actions were spot on and she showed effortless flexibility, especially with the roundhouse kicks. Corey displayed great control and power in his technical forms. I was quite "wowed" when he got up and started. His posture and overall appearance looked flawless. Naturally upright, he looked very well balanced through all his taekwondo moves.
