Mandurah success at the Oh Do Kwan club invitation juniors tournament – Perth – March 08

Ryan Nafranec sizing up his Perth opponent at the ODK tournament Ryan Nafranec (left) won his sparring division in the male blue belt 34-38 kgs with a 9-6 scoreline in the final but not before the score was almost tied at 6-5 in the middle of the second round and getting his parents excited. Ryan had earlier won 3rd placing in the boys blue belt poomsae technical forms division.
   
Shauni Reynolds (right) moves in with a roundhouse kick to her Bunbury opponet at the ODK juniors tournament Shauni Reynolds (right) took off soon after the start and led 5-0 after the first round but got really tired and allowed her Bunbury opponent to come back to tie the score at 6-6 at the end of the match and forcing a sudden death play-off in the red belt 61-67 kgs division final The Bunbury girl scored the winning golden point.
