TA Membership Application Form
Just a reminder that the Taekwondo Australia Membership is a yearly subscription that needs to be renewed. This also covers insurance and is required prior to entering any sanctioned Taekwondo Tournaments. For those of you who are uncertain, it’s the card with the Taekwondo Australia symbol on the front. You might have a picture on there too if you submitted a passport sized photograph of yourself. There’s also a barcode on the reverse side. The colour of the card appears to change from year-to-year. If you were a member last year, your instructor should have your existing details and a "renewal form" with most your details pre-printed. You just need to update and submit with the appropriate funds. New members and for those whom your instructor has not given you your pre-printed renewal form can print this Taekwondo Australia 2008 Member Application Form, fill out and submit with the correct amount.
