The Kukkiwon

The Kukkiwon. Raffaele DiRenzo visited the Kukkiwon, World Taekwondo Headquarters for the first time in January 1998 on the occasion of the international referee refresher course. The kukkiwon was built in 1971. Kim Seng also visited Kukkiwon for the same International Referee Refresher course and takes a picture with fellow International Referee, Darius Nowicki from Poland inside the Kukkiwon training hall, which is large enough to lay out 2 full sized sparring competition courts, with room to spare. |
