Training recommences for 2009

Hope you’ve all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year (including Chinese New Year) summer holiday break – wow what a mouthful!

Anyway, now that we’ve had all this rest and relaxation, it’s time to fine-tune our bodies and get them into shape again. Classes will definitely start next week, beginning Monday February 2, for the Rockingham and Coolbellup classes. Other clubs will most likely start again next week also, if they haven’t already done so.

This has been a great break for me, first summer holiday without classes for the past 3 or so years. So has been thoroughly enjoyable.

I hope to see most of the familiar faces upon return, and maybe some new ones – bring a friend along and try it together. See you Monday, or Tuesday.
