    Good luck Kennedy!

Kennedy Blowfield from the Padbury club will be contesting this event. So obviously, he must be 17 years old by the end of next year.

Or are you younger still, Kennedy?

I think it’s a good idea to train up for events like this.

This is a selection tournament to represent Australia in an international event. It should be of a higher caliber than club level, state level, and to some extent, even national level competitions.

One self should be able to determine how long, prior, they will need for preparation. It use to take me less than 3 weeks to get my fitness level up. That was almost a decade ago. Nowadays, I think I will need longer.

Hopefully you can gain something useful out of this, Kennedy, and make sure you are well prepared for your next major tournament.
